Business Coaching
We work with Businesses by first assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and/or getting an accurate understanding of the area of the business needing attention. We then work together to explore avenues towards increased effectiveness, efficiency and business success.

Significant change is often achieved by improving communications where challenges exist. Group or department sessions often lead to added clarity and responsibility in current situations or in making business decisions. Our goal is to help achieve ongoing effective communications within the organization.

Personal Coaching
We work with individuals, couples, families and/or groups, focusing on creating a safe environment for the honest and complete communication of thoughts and feelings. We instill distinctions that help create ongoing understanding, cooperation and mutual and self respect.

Interpersonal Communications
We work with individuals, couples or groups by: enhancing communications by establishing guidelines for clarity and responsibility; and by assisting participants in making their own clear and empowering choices.

A primary skill employed here is "listening" and the ability to hear not just the words and feelings, but to help you explore what is behind them.

We work to help you learn tools which allow you to gain control of otherwise debilitating triggers, impulses or reactions. Our goal is not to speak for you, but to create a safe environment where it is possible for you to fully speak for yourselves, and to listen with compassion.

Career Change Assistance
We help evaluate strengths and weaknesses, interests, goals and market conditions to help create a successful change of careers. We help create a resume (vitae) to best represent your qualities and value to an organization or employment opportunity.

Our work is done on an hourly basis and is completely confidential.
